Take in the sights and sounds of traditional highland games right here in Kamloops! This annual festival hosts many activities, including Scottish heavy athletics, highland dance, music performances, solo piping, drumming and band competitions, clan genealogy information, children’s activities, a beer garden, vendors, and more. There is something for everyone. Come out and join us for a great day!
Please feel free to bring your own chair or blanket. There is also bleacher seating. Sorry, no dogs are allowed on the sporting fields, as per the City of Kamloops bylaw.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate on Saturday. $15 for adults (18 - 64), and $10 for youth (6 - 17), and seniors (65+).

The Kamloops Highland Games Society’s mission is to celebrate and preserve the rich and unique heritage of the Scottish culture, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie through a diverse range of cultural activities, music, dance, humour, and events. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where individuals of all backgrounds can come together to embrace the traditions of Scotland and experience the vibrant tapestry of Scottish culture..while having fun at it!
